The British Museum intended on showcasing one of their collections to a new audience through a printed publication and marketing campaign.
I chose to communicate the Egypt Collection to a young audience. I decided on this audience as a challenge to myself, as history and the Museum can be seen as boring topics to a younger audience.
While keeping this in mind, the outcome had to be easy to follow and engaging for the young audience. Therefore I created a publication using illustrations that represented each accompanying piece of history in the museum, to allow the pieces to feel more alive and exciting introducing bright colours and illustrations for the young audience to interact with and be engaged by.
